The easiest way to move a Project between Teams is to do so upon Team creation. The newly created Team will "inherit" the Workflow of the Project and once the Team is created you can then customize your Workflow as needed.

If you have already created a Team and now want to move over a Project or even two or three, you can do so by navigating to Settings > Teams and clicking on the Team that contains the Project you'd like to move.
Then you can click on the Project and select the Team you'd like to move it over to.
In the case that you want to move a Project or a group of Stories from a selected Project over to another Team that has a different Workflow, you can update Team 2's workflow to match the workflow of Team 1.
In the case that you cannot adjust the workflow of Team 2, you can select the Stories you wish to move over and do an Edit Multiple action.
In order to set the Stories into the correct Workflow state, you will need to bulk move by Workflow State and then select the new Workflow State.
When moving an individual Story from a Project in one team to a Project on another Team, you will be immediately prompted to select a Workflow State from the new Team.
