Editing Multiple Stories

You can easily edit multiple Stories throughout Clubhouse. This feature is useful for updating Owners, Projects, Epics, Estimate Points, Due Dates, Labels, Workflow States, Followers, and Archives Status.

Editing Stories on the Story Page

  1. Search through Stories as usual, creating whatever filter you need. 
  2. Hover over the upper-right edge of the Story card and either click the checkbox of the Stories that you wish to edit, Select All by clicking the checkbox at the top of the column, or select a range by clicking the first card in the range and then shift-click on the last one.
  3. Click on Edit button at the top of the screen.
  4. Click Update to save changes.

Editing Stories on the Search Page

  1. Search through Stories as usual, creating whatever filter you need. 
  2. Select Stories that you wish to edit by either clicking the checkbox of the Stories that you wish to edit, selecting all by clicking the checkbox at the top left of the list, 
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Select Update to confirm changes. 

Editing Stories on the Dashboard Page

  1. Select the Stories you wish to edit by hovering over the upper right-hand corner of the Story card and click the checkbox or selecting a range by clicking the first card in the range and then shift-click on the last one (keep in mind this option will only work within discrete Workflow States). 
  2. Click the Edit Stories button. 
  3. Make desired changes and click Update to confirm. 

Editing Stories on the Team Page

 

 

  1. Select the Stories you wish to edit by hovering over the upper right-hand corner of the Story card and click the checkbox or selecting a range by clicking the first card in the range and then shift-click on the last one (keep in mind this option will only work within discrete Workflow States). 
  2. Click the Edit Stories button. 
  3. Make desired changes and click Update to confirm.
