Milestones are collections of Epics, which in turn are collections of Stories. The Milestones Page is designed to provide a simple roadmap-style view of what you've accomplished already, where you are right now, and what you're planning to do next.
From the Milestones page, you can create Milestones and drag and drop Epics between the Epic Backlog on the left and any existing Milestones. You can also re-prioritize Epics within a single Milestone from this page.
You can access the Milestones Page by selecting "Milestones" in the Clubhouse sidebar menu.
The State of your Milestone can be changed by clicking on the button on the Milestone card or from the individual Milestone page.
Milestones can also be filtered by their State (To Do, In Progress, Done) as well as by Category from the top of the Milestones page.
The Individual Milestone Page
Visiting an individual Milestone’s page provides quick stats about the state of the Milestone and how it is progressing. It offers a table of all Epics in the Milestone as well as the Milestone's start and end dates, Labels, number of Stories and Points. From the Milestone page you can also edit the Milestone title and description and delete the Milestone itself.
Milestone Categories allow you to group Milestones together thematically, and filter by Category on the Milestones page. Milestone Categories can be created on the individual Milestone page by clicking the "Add Categories" button.
You may choose to attribute an existing Milestone Category from the dropdown menu, or create a new Milestone Category by typing in your desired Category name and hitting the Enter key.
To remove a Category from a Milestone, click on the "x" of the Category you'd like to remove from the Milestone.
Managing Milestone Categories
Clicking the green "Manage Categories" button found in an individual Milestone's "Add Categories" dropdown will allow you to edit or remove Categories from your existing list.
To edit a Milestone Category, click on the pencil icon next to the Category name. To delete a Milestone Category, click on the trash can icon.
Setting Milestone Start and End Dates
Define when a Milestone started or should start by clicking on the individual Milestone name and then clicking on the Start button. You can do the same with End Dates.
Editing Epic Information in a Milestone
Epic due date, State, and Owners can be edited from the individual Milestone page. Just click on the field you wish to edit and update.
